RETURN POLICY - All sales are final.
Personalized items are not able to be returned or
exchanged. Any errors in customer orders or printing
will be remedied as quickly as possible.
2.
RUSH ORDERS -
All Rush orders must be phoned in. Rush orders are
available on ribbon orders only and are
based on availability.
Boxes and bags are not able to be expedited. Those
orders take approximately 5-7 business days plus ship
time. Ribbon orders normally ship within approx. 2-3
business days. If you have a date that you need your
order, please let us know and we will do our best to
accommodate you.
3.
LAYOUT - We will adjust layout to best
accommodate the item that you are ordering. If you have
too much wording to fit an item, we will contact you.
4.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY - Most orders are shipped via
USPS. If you desire alternate shipping, please contact
us to discuss. We do offer local home delivery for
those in the Selden / Coram area and all surrounding
areas for a small fee.
These orders
must be phoned in.
5.
PAYMENT - Payment is due in full prior
to us printing your order. We accept Visa, M/C and
PayPal on line. If you are phoning in your order, you
can give credit card info to us over the phone for
payment.
